YOK

Yoga & Sound Bath Teacher

Yok found yoga during one of the hardest chapters of her life. At a time when things felt heavy both physically and mentally, the practice gave her a way back to herself. That experience never left her, and it’s the reason she teaches.
Her classes are meant to feel like a soft landing. A space where you don’t need to perform, prove anything, or push past what feels right. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Slow Vinyasa, and her style tends to shift depending on the day and the energy in the room — sometimes dynamic and mobilising, sometimes slow and grounding.

She reads the room rather than following a fixed plan, so every class feels a little different and a little alive.
Yok’s approach is real and a little playful. She’s there to guide you, not to set an agenda for your body. You decide how far you go, and she holds space for wherever that is.
Her certifications include a 200hr YTT, Science of Stretching, Sound Bath & Tibetan Bowl Training, and Art of Sequencing.
All levels are welcome, whether you’re working through something, need to slow down, or just want to move. There’s always room for you here.
