Tann began her yoga journey in 2018, initially stepping onto the mat out of curiosity. In 2020, she completed her first 200-hour Teacher Training, seeking personal growth and a deeper connection within herself.
During a challenging period with her mental health, yoga became a steady support — helping her navigate through and reconnect with both body and mind. This experience inspired her to begin teaching, with an intention to guide others toward that same sense of connection and inner balance.
She later deepened her studies in India through a 300-hour Teacher Training, where she was introduced to Ayurveda. This wisdom helped her connect many pieces together, shaping a more holistic understanding of health and wellbeing.
Tann went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Yogic Science and Ayurveda from Mahidol University, as well as a Diploma in Yoga Therapy from Yoga Vidya Gurukul in India. She is an E-RYT 500 teacher and continues to expand her knowledge through ongoing studies, including prenatal and postnatal yoga, sound healing, and other specialized trainings.
Her teaching focuses on supporting students to feel better in their bodies and minds, whether through gentle rehabilitation, therapeutic practices, or simply finding yoga as a supportive space in daily life. She integrates meditation and pranayama into every class, creating a practice that is both grounding and deeply nourishing.
For Tann, yoga is a lifelong journey of learning, healing, and returning to balance — and she is passionate about sharing this path with others.
