Drawn to yoga like many others, hoping it would heal her physical pain, Seal fell in love with the practice. She then decided to move away from the corporate lifestyle and absorb herself entirely in learning and teaching yoga.
Completing her teacher training with One Yoga in Koh Phangan in 2020, the experience empowered her to develop a strong self-practice, allowing her to connect with and learn more about herself physically, energetically, and spiritually.
Before she discovered yoga, everything seemed hard and unachievable, but with an educated understanding of the technicalities of anatomy and the depth of meditation and pranayama, Seal has transformed the way she practices and continues to dispel limiting beliefs she has about herself.
Sharing her knowledge and learning from her students is something she is truly passionate about. Her teaching style offers clarity in the foundational principles and simplicity, making her classes accessible to everyone.
Seal encourages her students to pay attention to every small detail, discover different ways to play and progress, listen to the voice within, and let the magic happen on and off the mat.
Witnessing those moments of transformation in her students—the shift in their breath, the strength in their movement, or that realization that they are more capable than they ever believed—brings her the highest joy.
