PING

Yoga & Sound Bath Teacher

After leaving a 5-year corporate career, Ping chose to follow her passion for wellness and become a yoga teacher, driven by a desire to help others grow, heal, and reconnect while continuing her own journey of self-discovery.

Her yoga path began 5 years ago during the COVID-19 pandemic. What started as a way to stretch and stay active soon revealed itself as something much deeper. Curious to explore the practice more fully, Ping completed her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2024 and began teaching part-time alongside her full-time job throughout 2025. During this time, she also completed a 20-hour sound therapy training, expanding her ability to support students through relaxation and nervous system regulation.

In November 2025, she made the leap into the wellness world full-time, traveling to Bali to complete an intensive 300-hour Yin and Yang Yoga Teacher Training, allowing her to dive deeper into yoga philosophy, meditation, and Yin Yoga.

Ping believes that cultivating mind-body awareness is key to finding balance in today’s busy world. Her classes blend strength and flexibility with mindful movement, offering students space to explore their bodies, deepen their practice, and tune inward, leaving them feeling grounded, empowered, and at ease.
