Mook’s classes aim to cultivate mindfulness and build strength through a mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa flow with emphasis on connecting movement with breath. She loves to guide students through proper alignment while offering variations to suit all levels, encouraging personal growth in every practice.
She believes that yoga can be transformative, helping to grow a deeper connection with the mind and body. She hopes to guide students to find that connection with themselves. Mook found yoga through the stillness of Covid, and decided to do her 200YTT in 2021 on the beautiful island of Koh Phangan.
She’s been teaching part-time ever since and has recently transitioned to teaching full-time in Bangkok. She fell in love with the philosophy and way of living
through yoga and hopes to share her practice with everyone who passes by.
Before yoga, Mook jumped around a lot, working in different industries, but she has now found her passion in the wellness industry. Apart from teaching yoga, she is also a certified Lagree instructor. She loves helping students feel stronger in their mind and body.
