Mo found yoga through a small rooftop session at a hostel, invited by a friend. That single moment changed everything. She had reached a dead end, believing nothing could get better, until yoga brought her back to life. What started as a simple desire to work out led her to a path she never expected.
Mo went on to complete her 200HR Yoga Teacher Certification, learning breathwork and yoga philosophy from Indian teachers, and alignment and physicality from Thai teachers. She also earned a Sound Bath Certificate in Chiangmai, choosing to study surrounded by nature — and the experience was worth it.
Her teaching style blends Hatha and Vinyasa, creating sessions where people of all levels can join and discover what their body is truly capable of, combining strength, balance, and flexibility. For Mo, yoga is not a tool to tire yourself out — it is a way to bring peace of mind.
Three years of practice have taught her many things, but that truth is the one she carries closest to her heart, and the one she hopes to share with every student she teaches.
