Ford completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training at a Yoga Alliance–registered school (RYS 200) in Koh Phangan. His journey into yoga began as a personal exploration to find happiness within and bring more balance into everyday life. Over time, yoga became not only a physical practice, but a gentle way of relating to life with greater ease, awareness, and compassion.
His teaching is guided by breath-led movement and mindful awareness, inviting everyone into a moving meditation that feels supportive and accessible. Ford believes yoga extends beyond the mat and into how we care for ourselves, relate to others, and move through daily experiences.
His intention is to create classes where everyone feels welcome, supported, and free to meet themselves exactly as they are.
With additional training in Yin and Restorative yoga, he brings a deep appreciation for stillness and nervous system regulation into his teaching. Whether classes are more flowing or slower-paced, the focus remains on helping everyone slow down, unwind, and reconnect with themselves.
