Prakaidao Baengsuntia (Aey) is a dedicated yoga teacher with over ten years of personal practice and five years of teaching experience across Thailand and India. Her journey into yoga began as a search for truth beyond words, shaped by her background as a journalist, and evolved into a lifelong path of self-inquiry, presence, and inner transformation.
She has completed over 1,000 hours of certified Yoga Teacher Training, grounded in classical Indian traditions and daily practice. Her teaching path began in 2020 with a 200-hour training at One Yoga, Koh Phangan, followed by an eight-month immersive stay in Rishikesh, India, where she completed a 300-hour advanced training with the Himalayan Yoga Association and served as an assistant teacher.
Her studies later deepened within the Ashtanga tradition through 200-hour and 300-hour Advanced Ashtanga Yoga Trainings in Mysore (2022–2023), focusing on traditional sequencing, hands-on adjustments, pranayama, and lineage-based instruction.
She continues in-depth Mysore-style practice at Ashtanga Yoga Bangkok (AYBKK) under Boonchu and has completed an In-Depth Mysore Program (January–June 2025).
Prakaidao’s training extends beyond asana to include pranayama, kriya, yoga philosophy, anatomy, Ayurveda, and meditation—integrating yoga as a complete system for life rather than a purely physical discipline.
She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga with a strong emphasis on breath awareness, alignment, mindful movement, and energetic sensitivity, guiding students toward inner stability, clarity, and calm amid the intensity of modern life.
These layers of experience—journalism, meditation, classical yogic training, and lived practice—shape Prakaidao as a grounded and compassionate guide, committed to sharing yoga as a transformative path of awareness, gratitude, and connection to self, community, and the greater universe.
